Cancellation and Return Policy
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
1. By placing an order electronically on this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. Shipping costs for the delivery of the products are borne by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product must be delivered to the buyer or a designated individual or entity within the address indicated within 30 days, without exceeding the legal time limit. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the order, along with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if available.
6. In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within three days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
1. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the transaction on bank records, the seller is not obliged to deliver the product.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
1. After the product has been delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was unauthorizedly used by third parties and the payment for the sold product is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within three days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
1. If unforeseeable force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if made in cash. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. However, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer this amount to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
1. The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery. Damaged and defective goods/services (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the courier company. The delivered goods/services will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification by refusing the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer or the designated person/entity, provided that the seller is notified through the contact information below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
1. If the purchase involves a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date the agreement is signed. For service contracts that begin with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
2. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used under the provisions outlined in the "Products Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" section of this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1. The invoice for the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (If the invoice for the product to be returned is issued to a company, the return must also include the return invoice issued by the company. Returns for orders with invoices issued to companies cannot be processed without a RETURN INVOICE.)
2. The return form, and the products to be returned, must be delivered complete and undamaged along with their boxes, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
1. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and the documents that place the BUYER under debt within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and must accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
2. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or the return becomes impossible due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is responsible for compensating the SELLER's damages proportionately. However, the BUYER shall not be held liable for changes or deteriorations in the goods caused by proper use within the withdrawal period.
3. If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is exceeded due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign shall be canceled.
PRODUCTS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
1. Products prepared in line with the BUYER’s requests or personal needs, products unsuitable for return, lower body underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetic products, single-use items, goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, products whose packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording, and storage devices, computer supplies where the packaging has been opened by the BUYER cannot be returned in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have commenced with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends.
2. For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and tapes, as well as stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), the packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for return.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
1. If the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, they agree, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank as per the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank. In such cases, the relevant bank may take legal action, and any arising costs and attorney fees may be claimed from the BUYER. In any case, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for damages and losses incurred due to delayed payment.

1. You can make payments via Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
2. Through our website, you can use your credit cards to make single payments or benefit from online installment options. Upon completing your online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
