Distance Sales Agreement
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties below, under the terms and conditions outlined below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that, upon confirmation of the order, they are obliged to pay the specified price of the product and any additional charges, such as shipping costs and taxes, and have been informed accordingly.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms listed below shall refer to the following definitions:
• MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade.
• MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade.
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Published in the Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188).
• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods for a fee or benefit.
• SELLER: The company engaged in the commercial or professional activity of selling goods to the consumer or acting on behalf of the company.
• BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or professional purposes.
• SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER.
• ORDERER: A natural or legal person who places an order for a product or service through the SELLER’s website.
• PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER.
• AGREEMENT: This agreement between the SELLER and the BUYER.
• GOOD: Tangible goods and intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environments such as software, audio, video, etc.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and published on the website are the selling prices. The published prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Specially announced prices for a limited period are valid until the specified date.

7. PRODUCT(S) INFORMATION
7.1. The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) of the goods/products/services are published on the SELLER’s website. If the SELLER has launched a campaign, the details of the product can be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the specified end date.
7.2. The prices listed and published on the site are the sale prices. The published prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Specially announced prices for a limited period are valid until the specified end date.
7.3. The total sale price, including all taxes, for the product/service in question is as shown below.

9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the product’s basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery details on the SELLER’s website and that they have electronically confirmed this information.
9.2. The SELLER will deliver the product to the BUYER or the designated person or organization within the period specified on the website, which does not exceed 30 days, depending on the delivery address. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the BUYER retains the right to cancel the agreement.
9.3. The SELLER agrees to deliver the product in full, as described in the order, with all necessary documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, in a manner that complies with legal requirements and applicable standards, ensuring high service quality.
9.4. If the SELLER cannot fulfill the contract, they may deliver an equivalent product of equal quality and price upon the BUYER’s consent.
9.5. If the product becomes impossible to fulfill, the SELLER will notify the BUYER within 3 days from the date of learning and refund the total price within 14 days.
9.6. If the payment is not made or canceled, the SELLER will not be obliged to deliver the product.
9.7. If the product is delivered to an unauthorized person after the payment is made, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days at the SELLER’s expense.
9.8. In cases of force majeure, the SELLER will inform the BUYER and may delay delivery until the issue is resolved. The BUYER has the right to request the cancellation or postponement of delivery.
9.9. The SELLER has the right to contact the BUYER using the information provided during registration, such as email, phone, or SMS for communication, marketing, and other purposes.
9.10. The BUYER must inspect the product before accepting delivery. If the product is damaged or defective, it must not be accepted from the carrier.
9.11. If the credit card holder is not the same as the BUYER, or if a security issue is detected regarding the payment method, the SELLER may ask for additional documentation from the BUYER.
9.12. The BUYER confirms that the personal information provided during registration is accurate and agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages resulting from incorrect information.
9.13. The BUYER agrees to comply with legal regulations while using the SELLER’s website and acknowledges responsibility for any legal or criminal liabilities resulting from violations.
